Bookings & Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receiving an explicit confirmation from our team via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. Provisional enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • You must provide accurate pickup location, destination, travel date, time, and number of passengers at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
  • Confirmed bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. In rare cases of unavailability, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and offer alternatives or a full refund.
  • The customer is responsible for being present at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time. Waiting time charges may apply after a grace period of 10 minutes for local trips and 15 minutes for airport pickups.
03

Fares & Payments

All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable tolls and taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Fares are agreed upon at the time of booking and are fixed for standard routes. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or night service (between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM).
  • Parking fees, state-border taxes, and hill station road charges (if applicable) are payable by the customer separately and directly.
  • Payment may be made in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods. We do not store payment card details.
  • An advance payment may be required to confirm outstation trips or tour packages. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

⚠️ Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking. Fluctuations in fuel costs may necessitate fare revisions, which will always be communicated to you in advance of your trip.

04

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before departure: Full refund of any advance paid, minus a nominal processing fee.
  • Cancellation 6–24 hours before departure: 50% of the advance amount may be retained.
  • Cancellation less than 6 hours before departure: The full advance amount may be forfeited.
  • No-show: If the passenger does not arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed pickup time and does not contact us, the booking is treated as a no-show and the advance is non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If we cancel the trip due to reasons within our control (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), a full refund will be issued and we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle.

05

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and staff at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle.
  • Smoking or use of tobacco products inside the vehicle.
  • Verbal abuse, threats, or physical aggression towards the driver.
  • Carrying items that are illegal, hazardous, or excessively heavy without prior agreement.
  • Requesting the driver to violate traffic laws, speed limits, or take unsafe actions.

We reserve the right to terminate a trip immediately if a passenger's behaviour endangers the driver, the vehicle, or other road users. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining journey.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged at the cost of repair.

06

Liability & Disclaimers

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and reliable service, there are limitations to our liability:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to ensure all belongings are removed upon exit.
  • Our maximum liability to any customer for any claim shall not exceed the total fare paid for the specific trip in question.
  • We maintain valid vehicle insurance as required by Indian law. Passengers travel at their own risk beyond what is covered by such insurance.

In the event of a vehicle accident, our drivers are instructed to contact emergency services and our office immediately. Passengers should cooperate with insurance procedures as required.

07

Outstation & Tour Trips

The following additional terms apply to outstation journeys and tour packages:

  • A minimum advance booking of 24 hours is required for all outstation trips.
  • The driver is entitled to a maximum of 300 km per day for outstation trips unless otherwise agreed. Additional distance will be charged per kilometre as quoted.
  • Accommodation and meals for the driver during multi-day outstation trips are the customer's responsibility, unless a package inclusive of these is booked.
  • Tour packages are subject to availability of hotels, attractions, and road conditions. Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted at the driver's or our discretion for safety or logistical reasons.
  • Hill station trips are subject to road conditions, weather, and seasonal restrictions. We are not liable for closures due to landslides, government orders, or adverse weather.
08

Changes to Itinerary

Any changes to the agreed itinerary — including pickup time, route, destination, or number of passengers — must be communicated to us as early as possible and are subject to:

  • Revised fare calculation if the change results in additional distance or time.
  • Driver and vehicle availability at the time of the change request.
  • Changes made during the trip may be accommodated at the driver's discretion and additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
